"There aren't enough compliments that I can give to Ena Alcaraz, Sue Resendiz and their team. We had major water damage to our home and without their expertise and immediate responsiveness we never would have been able to navigate the complicated insurance process. They are a dream team, truly. They are compassionate, extremely knowledgable and offer to call supervisors if necessary to help their clients. I can not imagine going through the displacement from our home, into temporary living situations along with managing the necessary repairs without their expert guidance. La persona de atención al cliente que me respondió me explicó todos los beneficios de descargar la aplicación móvil de Statefarm, me envió un enlace rápido para registrarme y el resto es historia. Pude solicitar asistencia en carretera, ahora pago mis facturas allí y, por si fuera poco, ¡tengo acceso a mi cuenta las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana!
